Classes

CrossFit WOD

Everyday we provide a new CrossFit Workout of the Day for our community. No single workout will be the same. CrossFit differs from other sports in its variety and diversity in training. The Workout of the Day will consist of different disciplines such strength, conditioning, gymnastics, strongman and weightlifting. A typical CrossFit WOD includes a warming-up, sufficient attention for technique and a cooling-down. Creating a fit, strong and healthy community is the goal of our CrossFit WOD. Weightlifting

The focus of this class will be on learning the correct techniques behind the weightlifting movements, which are often part of the CrossFit WOD. During this class you will work on the snatch, clean & jerk and variations on these two movements. During the Weightlifting class we will try to optimize your motor learning process. As in all classes our focus will be on the quality of movement. By implementing different tools and training methods your technique will gradually improve.

Gymnastics

During this class our attention will be centered around all the gymnastic movements of CrossFit. Gymnastic movements are movements executed with your own bodyweight, such as a pull-up, push-up, pistol squat and rope climb. In our Gymnastics class you will learn to create the right amount of body tension, to improve your body awareness and to improve your coordination. This will vary from learning basic movement patterns to learning advanced skills.

Mobility

Mobility is essential in order to be able to move correctly and safely. Mobility is the ability to move a joint freely without any movement constraints or loss of control. In the Mobility class you will learn to increase your range of motion by combining active and passive exercises. The morning mobility classes will start with 10 minutes of breathing exercises and meditation to start the day fresh.

Open Gym

If you want to train something specific outside of our classes we welcome you into our Open Gym. You can use all the equipment present in the gym as long as it doesn’t hinder the class. In the open gym you can do your own training, follow a training program, or try out the Accessory Work of the Week which you can find in the gym. Are you not sure what to do in the Open Gym? Hit up one of our coaches and we will help you out.

One credit can be used to subscribe for a class or for Open Gym. All memberships can be terminated at any time with one month’s notice.

student discount

Choose your membership and receive a 20% discount by showing your student card. Discount only applies to students under 23 years of age with a valid student card. 

Schedule

Our schedule consists of the following classes: CrossFit WOD, Gymnastics, Weightlifting and Mobility. Because we are a new gym we only provide one lesson at a time and are not yet open at all hours. This is a conscious decision, because we want to guarantee our main focus: quality. We hope to grow together with our community so we can extend the schedule.
